Retreats

Retreat cancellations.

Retreats are covered by section 9 of our terms and conditions. If you cancel, we refund part of the booking price, depending on how much notice you give:

• Six months or more before the start date: 75% refunded
• Four to six months before: 50% refunded
• Two to four months before: 25% refunded
• Two months or less before: no refund

If we resell your place, we take that into account and adjust your refund. Payment deadlines, transfers and the rest of the retreat terms are in section 9 of our terms and conditions.

Training

What we can and can’t promise.

We use kind, reward-based methods and we give every client a clear plan. We do not guarantee a specific outcome. Results depend on the dog’s temperament and history, and on the work done between sessions.

Behaviour and health are linked. If we see anything that points to pain or a medical cause, we will ask you to see your vet first.
